Romantic Era Blouse Pattern

I have been wanting to make this blouse for a long time.  There was a small "Oops" on the pattern though.  But now Mrs. Chancey has made a fix for the pattern.  I am hoping that I am lining up the "fixes" she provided correctly on the pattern.
